Inverter cannot be switched ON
The Inverter cannot start, due to one of the following conditions:

UPS overtemperature (4955)
Low Battery voltage (4115 stop operation)
Inverter fuses (4301)
DC - Fuses (4308, only >60kVA)
Overload (4570)
K7 opening failure (4305)
DC - Low (4700, UB - Min)
Emergency OFF (4563)
Bad RAM Batt. (4000), Parameter 5 set to 1.
DC - Link capacitors in precharge
Voltage on output filter capacitors above 7 Volt.
